We’re looking for a switched on, enthusiastic individual to help implement cutting-edge digital & content marketing campaigns for our valued clients, making sure that they get the best results from their ongoing marketing operations. We’re currently seeing high demand for our KBB-specific (Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom) fully-managed marketing agency and we’re growing fast – we need an energetic apprentice with an interest in digital marketing who wants to become a linchpin in our dynamic team.

The Requirements for This Role Are as Follows...
- Some experience in using online marketing techniques
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- A high standard of written English – 7 (A) or above at GCSE level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a smile!

We’re looking for a talented social media marketer to manage an exciting new arm of Flo Marketing, Flo Social.
We’re currently seeing high demand for a KBB-specific (Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom) fully-managed social media offering and our plan is to launch and grow a social media agency to run alongside our fast-growing full service digital agency – we’re looking for an energetic and knowledgeable social media manager to be a linchpin in this new and exciting part of the business.
We’re Looking for Someone That…
- Is a team player
- Loves to over-deliver
- Can create and deliver engaging content across social channels
- Can talk to customers (business owners) confidently and knowledgably
- Has an eye for detail and appreciates the numbers behind the activity
- Has some experience of tracking, reporting, testing and analysing campaigns & activity
- Can play a supporting role in client meetings and calls
The Requirements for This Role Are as Follows...
- Experience in similar social media management roles
- An understanding of basic marketing strategies
- Proficiency in using marketing tools & social channels such as Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Some experience of using AI-led software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom sector is advantageous but not essential
- Degree in marketing, business studies or other relevant subject is also preferable
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- A can-do attitude and a smile!
